Description

A friendly psychology centre offering a range of therapies including: counselling, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), couples/relationship counselling, EMDR for trauma, and coaching. Our highly skilled therapists are all experienced in helping clients with a range of issues including: anxiety, low mood and depression, phobias, anger management, trauma, eating disorders, abuse, relationship difficulties, bereavement and many more. We operate clinics during the day and also some evenings. For those who are unable to come for therapy regularly we can offer telephone and email counselling (although this is only suitable for some clients). Our therapy services are within easy reach of clients living and working in Aberdeen as well as for those travelling from surrounding areas including: Bridge of Don, Cove Bay, Westhill, Peterculter, Portlethen, Balmedie, Banchory, Kemnay, Stonehaven, Inverurie, Ellon and Oldmeldrum.
